The candles really do burn cleanly – no soot.
I found your company doing a google search on soy-wax candles, and chose Pure Integrity based on the reviews and the free shipping.
I purchased several candles, but I burned the Vanilla Cappuccino candle first (as the other candles that I purchased are for the Fall/Holidays). The Vanilla Cappuccino candle seems to be a subtle fragrance. I smell more Vanilla than Cappuccino, but I am enjoying it. Although, I may opt for a stronger scented candle the next time I order. I like that the descriptions of each candle tell you if the candle is strong or moderate, etc. I will pay more attention to that. Their is a entire page on scent strength.
This candle does do the job – One evening I accidentally burned cauliflower while preparing dinner (gross!) The smell was terrible, my kids complained, and my husband was going to be home from work soon, and I knew he would be sick to his stomach. I immediately lit the Vanilla Cappuccino candle – not really thinking it would help. I took the dog for a quick walk (5 min) and on my return to the house – to my complete surprise – the house did not smell like burnt cauliflower at all. There was an aroma of sweetness.
The candle neutralized the odor of the cauliflower. I was so excited!
Also, when my order came, I was very appreciative of the hand written note (written by one of Pure Integrity’s employees) thanking me for my order. I felt like a valued customer. I am very happy with your company. Keep up the outstanding work!
I am looking forward to burning the other candles (Autumn Splendor, Pumpkin Pie, Sugared Spruce, and Evergreen.)
