I wanted to congratulate you on an awesome candle product. Your candles really are way above everyone else.
A funny story – I placed my first order with you a month or so ago, and went to order again last week…well, I ended up ordering from a different company, by mistake, thinking it was you guys. The candles arrived, tried some new scents, and literally I could not “smell” one of them, at all. I contacted the company, and finally realized it wasn’t you guys, when I asked for another product, they said, “we don’t exchange scents”. I said, I’m not trying to exchange scents, but the one you sold me, I can’t smell. They were not willing to do ANYTHING!!
I will share the company name with you all, Country Heart Candles. I told them I would never order from them again – I received no response.
The only thing I would like to see from you all, is a discount in shipping charges, or discount for folks like me that re order from you.
