Over a decade ago, we made the decision to NOT SELL Pure Integrity Candles through conventional national retailers, including the large big box stores.
We wanted our prices to be competitive with typical paraffin/petroleum based candles on the market without sacrificing quality. The costs of making our candles are higher because we use BETTER QUALITY raw materials and MORE FRAGRANCE. In order to keep prices down, we decided to sell our candles through our own retail locations and our website. This avoids pricey markups through conventional retailers.
Over the years, several large national retailers have contacted us to place our candle line in their stores and attempted to convince us to cut costs by reducing quality which would allow them to sell our candles with higher profits. We’ve refused!

Are paraffin candles really harmful to my health?
There is some debate over this question. Commonsense would certainly lead you to believe that burning any petroleum product indoors is not the healthiest thing in the world. Well, paraffin wax is literally one of the by-products of petroleum oil when making/refining gasoline.
Now, we are not saying that a single candle is going to kill anyone, but if there is a healthier alternative available, why not choose it? I am a candle aficionado. I love lighting a candle every morning I wake up to get my day started. However, once I found out how toxic the candles were that I was buying at other stores, I felt cheated and disappointed. I spent hours on end at stores looking for soy candles just to find that they were labeled soy candles but were also mixed with other ingredients that were still toxic. Imagine my excitement when I stumbled upon Pure Integrity. Not only do they take pride in making safe non toxic candles that I can light in my home and not worry about my family breathing in harsh chemicals but they're also a company that takes pride in its customers as well. Every time I order from them I get a handwritten note thanking me for my purchase. Now that's a company that I'll spend my last dollar with. I have purchased Yankee Candles for years now and have noticed lately that they have discontinued several of my favorite scents. I also have noticed that Yankee has seemed to reduce the amount of fragrance infused in their candles as well. Luckily I found Pure Integrity when looking on line to find a replacement company. I ordered several different fragrances in the soy melt line as I have used the Tarts from Yankee and have 5 tart burners in every room of my condo. In researching the length of time these melts will last I found no information well today is day 4 of burning (usually 5 hours) per day and the fragrance is still very potent which is great!!!! I love your product don't change it please! I smoke in my house which is why I spend about 600.00 dollars per year on candles so that my smoking goes undetected by visitors. Yankee just wasn't cutting it anymore... So now Integrity will get my business from now on!
I've always been interested in purchasing Egyptian musk wax tarts but I never bit the bullet. I was always afraid it wouldn't live up to my expectations because Egyptian musk is one of my favorite scents. When I saw that Pure Integrity carries the scent, I figured I'd give it a go. Upon cold sniff, the scent is nothing to write home about, it's faint and mostly smells like soy wax. I was disappointed but threw it into the tart warmer anyway. Then voila! The complexity of the scent revealed itself. It smells exactly like the Egyptian musk fragrance oil I've been wearing everyday for 5 years, I'm thrilled. It's such a beautiful fragrance; complex, clean, and a bit sharp. The EM is listed as a light fragrance; however, the scent filled my room and down the hallway. I'm definitely considering purchasing the 26oz candle in the near future. Try it, you won't be disappointed!
I recently purchased the Egyptian Musk Soy Candle and was very pleased. This candle has a beautiful fresh scent which was not overpowering. I had this candle lit in my bedroom and I was able to smell the beautiful hint of musk and some floral notes. The candle is packed in a beautiful jar with a wooden lid and is elegant to present on my table with my other Pure Integrity Candles! It burns well and had no soot which other candles can have. I was happy to receive a hand written thank you note which is not often found when ordering from other companies. I also received some free sample tea lite candles! I will continue to order from Pure Integrity as I have in the past because I am a satisfied customer! Thank you for the excellent customer service!
Let me start off by saying this candle by far hands down had been "the" greatest candle I have purchased...
A.) It is true to its scent
B.) Smells up my 5 room apartment even Hallway!
C.) No black sout on my white walls
D.) I burn mine at least 5 hours every other dayand after I cover it and extinguish fire the candle smell still lingers through evening
This had been the second time I've ordered I have bought tons of different candles from amazon Yankee etc. This is my go to for my use and I have also givin them as gifts very satisfied and will continue to use
I use to only purchase Yankee Candle Jars. I had several scents I enjoyed and burned them regularly. My issue though was the black soot on my ceiling. I moved about a year ago and vowed I would only burn soy candles as they burn clean. I found Pure Integrity online and tried the Egyptian Musk and have used nothing else since. I panic when my back up is less than two! It smells clean, the frosted jar is pretty, and theyre affordable! I have several of my friends hooked on them now! I dont usually do reviews, but these candles should be enjoyed by all.
Love the scent of this candle, so fresh and clean, bought as tealight. Will be buying bigger size next time . I live in the midwest and got my order pretty quickly. No problems, and the candles burn down so clean and even. No wax on the sides of jar. Keep the wicks trimmed and that keeps them burning nice also, but even if i forget, it still burns nice. I love that is glass jar so you get a nice warm light from the sides. I am very picky, and will not burn any wax candles in my home. These candles are the best Ive ever tried.
For years I have been looking for a Musk candle that actually smelled like what I remember from my teenage years in the '70's. THIS IS IT! The scent is not overwhelming, but subtle. With each whiff, I am taken back to my younger days.
This candle burns clean with no black residue on the rim. I usually have it on my candle warmer though so it will last even longer.
I will be ordering more of these candles in the same scent for every room in my house. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this candle!!!!!

My favorite home scents are usually earthy, warm and spicy. I tried both this Egyptian Musk scent along with the Sandalwood Amber scent and was disappointed by both! I liked this scent slightly better than the Sandalwood amber, but not by much. As described, this scent is very light, which is fine, but it is so unimpressive that I can only describe it as having a kind of a watery, plastic smell. On the flip side, the Oatmeal Cookie candle smells amazing if you're into something sweet. :-)
I have been a repeat customer with Pure Integrity for about a year now. I've tried many of the various scents and have found some go-to favs. This one is one of my favorites! I have a large 2-story great room, so I need strong scents that will fill a large room. Even though this scent is not one of the strongest, it fills my great room and is such a wonderful scent! I also love knowing these candles do not contain parafin and are safe to use. This is where I will continue to buy my candles!
I did a search on line to try to find out how I can make my house smell better and after reading a bunch of reviews I decided to order me some Soy Candles and I have not lit one yet but I did open one and set it on my coffee table and it is making my living room smell great.... when I go out of the room and come back I can really smell the nice odor that it puts off.... I haven't lit one yet but I will soon..... I bought several and have sniffed all of them and they all smell great.....

Pure Integrity's candles are unmatched by any candles I have tried anywhere else, and I have tried a lot of them. The others start off smelling nice, but don't hold the fragrance throughout the burn like Pure Integrity candles do. I have tried most of the fragrances and have liked them all. Unfortunately, they stopped making the Egyptian Musk in a candle, but I was able to get wax melts. I wish they would bring back this scent or something similar. It was one of my favs.

These soy candles are amazing! First of all theyre soy, so that means no black marks on your ceiling. The jars are simple and classic with no advertising. Most importantly, the fragrance wafts through the house without being too strong or weak. My favorite is Egyptian Musk and all my friends comment on how nice and clean the house smells. Delivery is swift and they offer samples to try. Give them a try, you wont go wrong!
Well, this was My first order and I am Impressed. You can actually smell these candles!!!!! I have wasted so much money buying scents for my home, nothing worked, including the leading sellers. I will order from this company always. I only wish they would make more MELTS in the WOW scents..as. I work in chemicals and have a problem when I try to detect scents. This has been the dark star of my order so far! The 10 oz fills my bedroom (on the smaller side, but open with 12ft ceilings, loft style) with the most intoxicating scent. Musky but balanced with the floral note (not heavy floral at all -just enough to balance the musk). If you like light but def noticeable incense-y scents, this is a winner! Can't wait to reorder this in a larger size :)
I adore this scent. I used to wear it as a perfume but now that I work in an office that doesn’t allow perfumes, I’m thrilled my bedroom smells like it. It’s not too sweet and it’s not too musky. This one lasts quite a while, as well. I use an electric wax melter and usually leave it on at all times when I’m home. I’d estimate one square lasts at least a week of continuous “burning.”
These are the best candles I have ever used. The scent is so fresh and clean. They last for such a long time and you dont get that black soot like you do with some candles. I

I Love this scent. It smells exactly how Egyptian musk should smell! I love the wax melts. They smell strong and last long and plus I have some really cute wax burners to melt them in. I kind of wish pure integrity would sell something like that, hint hint ;) also, what's really good is taking one cube of Egyptian musk and one cube of woodstock! My inner hippy loves it!
I purchased an Egyptian Musk Soy candle and I absolutely love it! It arrived only a few days after I had placed the order, and the packaging was not only thorough, but also included a personalized note and some samples. Little things like that on top of the amazing scent of the candle are a sign of great business in my opinion, and I can't wait to make future purchases!
I simply love this particular candle, although I will admit I am extremely happy with all my purchases from Integrity. This scent is calming and the scent exists throughout the burning. When I am done with the candle I take the glass and put it in my empty dishwasher or in a closet. The fragrance remains and it emits the odor when I open the door...love it!😉

The very best melts, both in long lasting smell and a huge variety of lovely scents. I love every scent I have tried! Even though I live in Northern California, I received my melts in no time at all. Egyptian Musk is my new favorite! I thought it might be too delicate because it's a 'Light Fragrance Strength' candle, and I usually get the strong or very strong fragrances. It's so lovely, though, with an musk fragrance that really spreads quickly and is not too light at all. Very true to what a quality Egyptian Musk should smell like.

The Egyptian Musk is by far my favorite; it is so calming & soothing. I don't even need to light the candle, and my home smells good. When I do light it, I'll blow it out in my kitchen, then step out of my room hours later, and am greeted by the scent upstairs. The handwritten thank you notes for my orders are a sweet touch, too! ♡♡♡
I couldn't stop sniffing this candle when I took it out of the box. This and Patchouli Woods are some of the best smelling candles I've had. The throw was wonderful. I had a beautiful, clean fragrance throughout my house. The jars are super cute and love the personal letter that came with my candles too.
